It seeks to deceive Sudan by presenting a bill called the “Sudan Investment in Minerals, Partnership, Agriculture, and Trade Act” (Sudan IMPACT Act), with the aim of establishing economic and technical cooperation closely tied to American conditions for forming a civilian government that serves its interests and those of Israel. This government would be secular, not aligned with the righteous path and the nature of the Sudanese people. However, (And they plot, and Allah plots; and Allah is the best of plotters.)<\/p>\n
